We provide physic based, data-driven AI solutions to extract insights in non-destructive evaluation (NDE) and inspection workflows. We utilize advanced AI techniques to accurately identify and classify defects, gauge component condition, and uncover valuable trends.

About: Incubated at IIT Madras Research Park, Dhvani Analytic Intelligence (AI) was created with a mission to provide solutions with reliable output for enabling data-driven decisions in inspection workflows. Powered by software intelligence and automated technology, we have a vision to provide reliability, efficiency, safety and productivity with easy-to-deploy solutions.​ DAI, which is a part of Dhvani Group, has delivered machine learning solutions for video analytics, image defect analysis and standard operating protocol applications. In addition, DAI has produced automated defect recognition (ADR) solutions in multiple NDT domains including phased array UT, computed radiography, digital radiography, liquid penetrant inspection, magnetic particle inspection to assess industrial and structural components such as welds, aluminium castings, and shipbuilding structures.
